# Immigration Act 2016, Paragraph 6


In section 74 (orders and regulations), in subsection (2) (statutory instruments to which the affirmative resolution procedure applies), after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba) regulations under section 40A(4);
(bb) regulations under section 40B;”.
