The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 106(1) – (3) and 112(3) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, after consulting with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, makes the following Rules:
