# The Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2001, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2001 and shall come into force on 7th January 2002.
(2) In these Rules a reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Procedure) Rules 2000.
