  "text": "IMMIGRATION\nMade 15th December 2001\nLaid before Parliament 17th December 2001\nComing into force 7th January 2002\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 58(2) and 166(3) of, and paragraphs 3 and 4 of Schedule 4 to, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992, makes the following Rules:",
