# The Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Procedure) Rules 2000, Article 1: Citation, commencement and revocation


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Immigration and Asylum Appeals (Procedure) Rules 2000 and shall come into force on 2nd October 2000.
(2) Subject to rule 4, the following Rules—
(a) the Immigration Appeals (Procedure) Rules 1984;
(b) the Immigration Appeals (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 1991;
(c) the Immigration Appeals (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 1993; and
(d) the Asylum Appeals (Procedure) Rules 1996;
shall be revoked.
