Article 38 Inspection of documentary evidence

Subject to paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to the 1999 Act, when the appellate authority takes into consideration documentary evidence, every party shall be given an opportunity of inspecting that evidence and taking copies if copies have not been provided pursuant to rule 30.
