  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend the Immigration Appeals (Procedure) Rules 1984 to substitute a measurement in kilometres for a measurement in miles in rule 27, in pursuance of the European Community Council Directive of 27th November 1989 amending Directive 80/181/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to units of measurement (89/617/EEC)",
