Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Immigration Appeals (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 1993 and shall come into force on 26th July 1993.

In these Rules, “the 1984 Rules” means the Immigration Appeals (Procedure) Rules 1984 f1.
