  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Application Fees) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day after it is made.\n(2) In this Order –\n“the 1987 Act” means the Finance (No.2) Act 1987;\n“the 1999 Act” means the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;\n“the 2002 Act” means the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.",
