# The Immigration (Carriers' Liability Prescribed Sum) Order 1991, Article 2


In place of the sum of £1,000 specified as payable under section 1(1) of the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987 (liability of carriers for passengers without proper documents) the sum of £2,000 is hereby prescribed.
