  "text": "In regulation 2 of the Immigration (Provision of Physical Data) Regulations 2006—\n(a) in the definition of “application”—\n(i) at the end of paragraph (e) omit “or”;\n(ii) after paragraph (f) insert—\n“; or\n(g) an application for an electronic travel authorisation pursuant to immigration rules made by virtue of section 11C of the Immigration Act 1971;”;\n(b) in the definition of “immigration rules”, for “made under” substitute “laid down in accordance with”.",
