# The Immigration (Exemption from Control) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1997, Article 1


This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Exemption from Control) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into force on the date, to be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes, on which the Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Republic of Ireland establishing the Independent International Commission on Decommissioning enters into force.
