  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends Article 4 of the Immigration (Exemption from Control) Order 1972. The effect is to exempt members and servants of the International Commission on Decommissioning from any provision of the Immigration Act 1971 relating to those who are not British Citizens (except any provision relating to deportation).",
