Article 2

In Article 4 of the Immigration (Exemption from Control) Order 1972^f1 for paragraph (k) there shall be substituted the following paragraphs:—

“(k)

any person on whom any immunity from suit and legal process is conferred by the European Communities (Immunities and Privileges of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organisation) Order 1985^f2 (which confers certain immunities and privileges on the representatives and officers of the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organisation);

(l)

any member of the family of a person exempted under any of the preceding paragraphs forming part of his household.”.
