  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Immigration (Exemption from Control) Order 1972 (“the principal Order”), made under section 8(2) of the Immigration Act 1971 (“the Act”).\nArticle 4 of the principal Order exempts specified classes of person from the provisions of the Act applicable to those who are not British citizens, except any provision relating to deportation. This Order amends Article 4 of the principal Order to add new specified classes of person, namely those holding the roles of the President of the European Commission, President of the European Council and the High Representative for Foreign Affairs.",
