Her Majesty, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon Her by section 63(3) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 and section 170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
