# The Immigration (Guernsey) Order 2016, Article 3: Savings


Notwithstanding article 2, the following Orders continue to have effect as if they were Orders duly made under the provisions of the Immigration Act 2014 as extended to Guernsey by this Order—
(a) the Immigration (Work Permit Fee) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order, 2016; and
(b) the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (Fees) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order, 2011.
