  "text": "In section 68—\n(a) in subsection (1) after “immigration or nationality” insert “, other than functions for which a fee may be charged by virtue of an Order under section 67A or by virtue of section 67C.”; and\n(b) in subsection (12)—\n(i) in the definition of “function in connection with immigration or nationality” for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Guernsey”;\n(ii) after the definition of “function in connection with immigration or nationality”, insert the following definition –\n““Guernsey” means the Bailiwick of Guernsey”;\n(iii) for the full stop at the end of the definition of “specified”, substitute a semi-colon; and\n(iv) after the definition of “specified”, insert the following definition—\n““the States” means the States of Guernsey”.",
