Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971 ^f1, section 12(5) of the Immigration Act 1988, section 170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 ^f2, section 163(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 ^f3, section 60(4) of the UK Borders Act 2007 ^f4, section 76(6) of the Immigration Act 2014 ^f5 and section 8(2) and (3) of the Immigration and Social Security Co-ordination (EU Withdrawal) Act 2020 ^f6 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
