Apart from drafting corrections, its effect is to extend to the Isle of Man sections 31, 32, 34, 36, 37 and 39 (disclosure of information) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 (c.13), and to make amendments consequential on the Civil Partnership Act 2011 (an Act of Tynwald), the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (Remedial) Order 2011 ( SI 2011/1158) and the creation of new Departments of the Isle of Man Government.",
