Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971^f1, section 163(4) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002^f2, section 63(3) and (3A) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006^f3, section 76(6) of the Immigration Act 2014^f4 and section 51(3) of the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015^f5, is pleased, by and with the advice and consent of Her Privy Council, to order as follows.
