# The Immigration (Jersey) Order 1993, Article 2


In this Order—
“the 1971 Act” means the Immigration Act 1971;
“the 1981 Act” means the British Nationality Act 1981;
“the 1987 Act” means the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987; and
“the 1988 Act” means the Immigration Act 1988;
and “Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey.
