  "text": "IMMIGRATION\nMade 20th July 1993\nComing into force 1st August 1993\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 20th day of July 1993\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 1971, section 53(5) of the British Nationality Act 1981, section 81(11) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982, section 2(3) of the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987 and section 12(5) of the Immigration Act 1988, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
