for the words “United Kingdom”, wherever occurring, substitute “Bailiwick of Jersey”;

(b)

in subsections (1) and (2) for the words “Secretary of State” substitute “Lieutenant-Governor”; and

(c)

in subsection (6) for the words “Secretary of State” substitute “Committee”.
