# The Immigration (Jersey) (Variation) Order 1989, Paragraph 1


After article 4 there shall be inserted the following article:
“5 The provisions of the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987 shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey with such exceptions, adaptations and modifications as are specified in the Schedule hereto.”.
