  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Immigration (Notices) Regulations 2003 to ensure that certain provisions about the notice, content and service of immigration decisions apply where the Secretary of State decides that the automatic deportation provisions of the UK Borders Act 2007 (section 32(5)) apply to a person.",
