  • Name as it appears on the passenger’s reservation.

  • Ticket number.

  • Date and place of issue of the ticket.

  • If not the carrier, the identity of the person who made the passenger’s reservation on behalf of the carrier.

  • Method of payment for the ticket.

  • Travel itinerary.

  • Names of all other passengers appearing on the passenger’s reservation.

  • If the passenger is travelling with a car or other vehicle, the vehicle registration number and, if the vehicle has a trailer, the trailer registration number (if different to the vehicle registration number).
