  "text": "(1) The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2003 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In article 3A:\n(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “Canada or the United States of America” there shall be substituted “Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America”;\n(b) after paragraph (1)(a) there shall be inserted:\n“(ab) a valid visa for entry to Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America and a valid airline ticket for travel via the United Kingdom as part of a journey from the country in respect of which the visa is held to another country or territory;”; and\n(c) for paragraph (1)(b) there shall be substituted:\n“(b) a valid airline ticket for travel via the United Kingdom as part of a journey from Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America to another country or territory, provided that the transit passenger does not seek to travel via the United Kingdom on a date more than six months from the date on which he last entered Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States of America with a valid visa for entry to that country;”\n(3) In Schedule 1:\n(a) after “Colombia” there shall be inserted “Congo”;\n(b) after “Ghana” there shall be inserted “Guinea” and “Guinea-Bissau”; and\n(c) after “Moldova” there shall be inserted “Mongolia”.",
