# The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 2023.
(2) This Order comes into force on 20th July 2023.
(3) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.
