# The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2) This Order comes into force on 13th March 2025.
(3) This Order extends to the United Kingdom.
