  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Regulations substitute a new regulation for regulation 10 of the Immigration (Registration with Police) Regulations 1972. The new regulation increases the fee payable when aliens are required to register with the police from £25 to £36. The new regulation also deletes the special provision which was previously made in regulation 10 in respect of registration by Community nationals to reflect the fact that such nationals are no longer granted leave under the Immigration Act 1971 and are therefore no longer required to register with the police.",
