  "text": "IMMIGRATION\nMade 7th February 2000\nComing into force 8th February 2000\nWhereas a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House in accordance with section 166(5) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 9(1), (2) and (3), 166(3) and 167 of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
