  "text": "In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Immigration Act 2014;\n“new joint tenancy” has the meaning given in article 3(1)(c);\n“new occupier” means an adult occupying premises who did not have a right to occupy the premises under a residential tenancy agreement prior to the variation or assignment of that agreement or the grant of a further residential tenancy (as the case may be);\n“original occupier” means an adult who had a right to occupy premises under a residential tenancy agreement prior to the variation or assignment of that agreement or the grant of a further residential tenancy (as the case may be);\n“tenant assigned tenancy” has the meaning given in article 3(b);\n“varied tenancy” has the meaning given in article 3(a).",
