  "text": "In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999;\n“Commissioner” means the Immigration Services Commissioner appointed under section 83(2) of the Act; and\n“designated professional body” has the same meaning as in section 86(1) of the Act.",
