Article 13 Acknowledgement of notice of charge

As soon as practicable after receiving the notice of charge, the Tribunal shall—

(a)

allot a number to the charge and enter it in the Register mentioned in rule 4; and

(b)

send an acknowledgment to the Commissioner and a copy of the notice to the person charged.
