# The Immigration Services Tribunal Rules 2000, Article 28: Time


Where the time limited by these Rules for doing any thing expires on a Saturday, Sunday, Christmas day, Good Friday or bank holiday, the time limit shall be deemed to have been complied with if that thing is done on the next succeeding working day.
