  "long_title": "This Order amends the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 (as amended by the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Orders 1996 and 1998) by adding the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to the list of countries or territories whose nationals or citizens need a visa for passing through the United Kingdom. It further amends the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 by requiring persons who hold travel documents issued by the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to have a visa for passing through the United Kingdom. It also updates reference in that list to Zaire by substituting that country’s new name, Democratic Republic of the Congo. It also revokes two spent Instruments.",
