In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1A(1) and (2) of the Immigration (Carrier’s Liability) Act 1987f1, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

1987 (c. 24); section 1A was inserted by section 12(1) and (3) of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1993 (c. 23); section 1A is prospectively repealed by Schedule 16 to the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (c. 33) but the repeal is not yet in force.
