# The Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1999

S.I. 1999/3086 · made 16 November 1999

This Order amends the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 (as amended by the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1998, the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1998 and the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1998) by adding the Republic of Croatia to the list of countries or territories whose nationals or citizens need a visa for passing through the United Kingdom. It also revokes spent provisions.

## Introductory text

IMMIGRATION
Made 16th November 1999
Laid before Parliament 18th November 1999
Coming into force 19th November 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1A(1) and (2) of the Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act 1987, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 19th November 1999.

## 2 

For the Schedule to the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.

## 3 

The Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1998 is hereby revoked.
