# The Immigration (Variation of Leave) (Amendment) Order 2000, Article 2


In the Immigration (Variation of Leave) Order 1976, after paragraph (2)(d) of article 3, there is to be inserted—
“(e) in a case in which the date of the decision is 2nd October 2000 or later.”.
