# The Immingham Open Cycle Gas Turbine (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 4: Amendment to Schedule 1 (authorised development)


In Schedule 1 (authorised development), in the description of Work No. 1—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (u) delete “and”; and
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (v) insert—
“and
(w) synchronous condenser.”.
