# The Immingham Open Cycle Gas Turbine (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 5: Amendment to Schedule 2 (requirements)


In Schedule 2 (requirements), in paragraph 11 sub-paragraph (3) after the words “No part of the authorised development may commence” insert “save for the permitted preliminary works”.
