  "heading": "Compulsory acquisition of land",
  "text": "(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (3), the undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or as is incidental to it.\n(2) This article is subject to article 21 (compulsory acquisition of rights etc.) and article 27 (temporary use of land for carrying out the authorised development).\n(3) The undertaker may not compulsorily acquire any interest in or take temporary possession pursuant to articles 18, 19, 21, 22, 26, 27, and 28 of any part of the supplemental land.",
