  "text": "(1) Article 9 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1, in the second subparagraph—\n(a) for the words from “Member State” in the first place it occurs, to “circulation” substitute “ licence issuing authority ”;\n(b) omit “by the Member State concerned”.\n(3) In paragraph 2, omit the second subparagraph.\n(4) In paragraph 3, for “Member States concerned” substitute “ licence issuing authority ”.\n(5) In paragraph 4—\n(a) in the first subparagraph, in the words before point (a)—\n(i) for “in the Member State” substitute “ in the United Kingdom ”;\n(ii) for “set by the Member State” substitute “ laid down by the licence issuing authority ”;\n(b) in the second subparagraph, for “Member State” substitute “ licence issuing authority ”;\n(c) in the third subparagraph, in point (a), omit “, Member State”;\n(d) in the fourth subparagraph—\n(i) for “each Member State concerned” substitute “ the licence issuing authority ”;\n(ii) omit “carried out on their territory”.",
