# The Import and Export Licences (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 12

(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, in the first subparagraph, in the words before point (a), for the words from “competent authority” to “extract” substitute “ licence issuing authority ”.
(3) Omit paragraphs 2 and 3.
