Regulation 2 Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1237

Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1237 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to the rules for applying the system of import and export licences^f1 is amended in accordance with this regulation.

In Part 1 of the Annex, under “List of products referred to in Article 2(1)(a)”, omit Section A (rice) and Section H (ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin).

In Part 2 of the Annex, under “List of products referred to in Article 2(2)(a)”, omit Section A (rice).
