  "text": "This Order, made under section 4 of, and Part I of Schedule 3 to, the European Communities Act 1972, appoints the 1st January 1974 for the repeal of certain provisions of the Import Duties Act 1958 which will no longer be required as a result of provisions for reductions in, or exemptions from, duty under Orders made under the Import Duties Act 1958 to implement the European Economic Community scheme for relief from duty for goods imported for the building, repairing or refitting of certain ships.",
