  "text": "CUSTOMS AND EXCISE\nMade 1st September 1965\nLaid before the House of Commons 7th September 1965\nComing into Operation 8th September 1965\nWhereas it appears to the Treasury expedient that the relief from import duties provided for by this Order should be allowed with a view to conforming with an international agreement made on 29th June 1964 relating to the immunities and privileges to be accorded to the European Organisation for the Development and Construction of Space Vehicle Launchers:\nNow, therefore, the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, by virtue of the powers conferred on them by section 5 of the Import Duties Act 1958, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, on the recommendation of the Board of Trade hereby make the following Order:—",
