  "text": "CUSTOMS AND EXCISE\nMade 30th October 1970\nLaid before the House of Commons 5th November 1970\nComing into Operation 6th November 1970\nWhereas it appears to the Treasury expedient that the relief from import duties provided by this Order should be allowed with a view to conforming with an agreement concerning co-operation in the development and production of a family of light tracked vehicles which has been made between Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium and is embodied in a Memorandum signed on 2nd October 1970:\nNow therefore, the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, by virtue of the powers conferred on them by section 5 of the Import Duties Act 1958 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, on the recommendation of the Secretary of State, hereby make the following Order:—",
