# The Imprisonment and Detention (Army) (Amendment) Rules 1991, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 15th April 1991
Coming into force 27th May 1991
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon himby sections 122 and 123 of the Army Act 1955and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, herebymakes the following Rules:
